Will The X-Ential Support Atlantean Reparations? Major X #4 Preview
Rob Liefeld's Major X has been a big hit in the world of comics, but how will it fare when trying to discuss the issues important to the American people? We find out in this preview of Major X #4, as in a flashback to the X-Istence, the alternate-dimension mutant sanctuary from which Major X and his companion, M'Koy, hail, mutant leader The X-Ential meets with Namor the Submariner to discuss politics. In particular, how the mutants in the X-Istence are hastening X-Istential climate change, threatening the Atlanteans with water pollution…
The X-Ential has no problem with admitting that complex solutions are required. But Namor says that the X-Ential is failing to live up to his promises. The King of Atlantis is even considering heading back to the real world and trying to make it great again…
Though the X-Ential isn't even sure that's actually a possibility anymore.
Namor calls for reparations… but will the X-Ential support those? Yeah, things are getting very complicated.
Clearly this needs to be worked out with a CNN town hall.
