Your First Look At Dan Mora's New Comic For Boom

This week sees the release of Boom! Studios' latest original series, The Woods, from  James Tynion IV and  Michael Dialynas. The Woods is a sci-fi survival series about a high school that disappears and reappears on an alien planet. I understand that the first issue is the biggest standard-priced launch for an original series under the publusher's central imprint since Mark Waid's Irredeemable all those years ago, with over 15,000 copies sold to stores before release.

Which might play into what I was saying earlier.

On the heels of that release, Boom! will be announcing another original series due out in August. A supernatural horror series with a female lead in the vein of Image Comics' Lazarus. Except not by Greg Rucka or Michael Lark  

I got my hands on some early design work by artist Dan Mora… what do you think?
