New Rise Of The Tomb Raider Trailer Focuses On The Tombs And The Raiding
One of the complaints that followed the mostly fantastic Tomb Raider reboot in 2013 was the fact that raidng tombs was a fairly small footnote on the core game. That title focused largely on survival and combat, rather than the act of exploring ancient ruins, which didn't necessarily gel with older fans.
A lot of the marketing for the immanent Rise of the Tomb Raider has focused on this very thing, with a lot of time being given to exploration over combat. This new trailer eases nicely into that trend. Take a look here.
This really is looking stunning. I can't wait to finally get my hands on it come November.
