Dave Bautista Says Howard The Duck Return Is Always A Possibility Under James Gunn
Howard the Duck turned up in the fun, end of credits scene for Guardians of the Galaxy. It officially put in one of Marvel's most silly characters into the MCU, and that is a-okay to me.
The question is though, was it just a one and done cameo, or is it possible the character could turn up in more films. Speaking at Heroes & Villains Fan Fest (via ComicBook.com), Dave Bautista, who plays Drax, answered that, saying:
As long as there's a James Gunn directing the film, there's a possibility of a Howard the Duck.
And that is probably true. Gunn certainly likes to have his laughs, and I imagine he could do some really funny things with the character. I suppose we don't have too long to find out either, with Gaurdians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 next up in the MCU.
