Winter Is Here – Game Of Thrones Inspired Christmas Trees

The folks over at Treetopia are taking the line, "Winter is coming" to heart as Game of Thrones season seven is close to wrapping up. Different teams were put together to make up Christmas trees inspired by the hit HBO series. Each of the three teams took one of the houses as their theme… House Lannister, House Targaryen and House Stark. They even worked in some of the quotes from the series like, "A Lannister always pays his debts." "I will take what is mine with fire and blood." and "The North remembers."

I like the three eyed crow and dragons as the tree toppers. A little disappointed in the Lannister one, they should've put the metal hand up there instead.

I'm guessing in the past these guys might have done house themed trees for Harry Potter… just a wild guess. I'd like to suggest a Defenders competition next with a tree themed for the four individual shows: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. They could use a glowing fist for the tree topper on Iron Fist, Daredevil could have his baton, Luke Cage could have a bullet riddled hoodie for the tree skirt… and Jessica Jones could be decorated with empty beer cans.
