The Edinburgh International Film Festive (EIFF) announced two new Honorary Patrons of the Festival Scottish actor James Cosmo (Game of Thrones) and actor/director Karen Gillan (Doctor Who) are joining other EIFF Honorary Patrons: Tilda Swinton, Robert Carlyle, Seamus McGarvey and Mark Cousins The festival is going into it's 70th anniversary year.
