Brian Bendis and Michael Oeming Sell TV Rights to "The United States Of Murder, Inc"

Brian Michael Bendis has announced that he has sold the TV rights to his and Michael Avon Oeming's creator-owned comic with  United States Of Murder, Inc and its sequel The United States Vs Murder, Inc, previously published by Marvel's Icon imprint and now published by DC Comics.

The series, created by the same team behind Powers,  is set in a world in which the families of organized crime never lost their stranglehold on the United States. It begins on the day that one Valentine Gallo becomes a made man, and learnt the secrets behind the organization he has served since he was old enough to walk. But it is mysterious hitwoman Jagger Rose that will forever turn his life upside down…

Which production company, which producers, which writers, which channel, which streaming service, with actors, all that is yet to come. And San Diego Comic-Con is just around the corner.

Copies of the first issue were selling from between $5 and $10 today on eBay. Odds are that if that pans out, that could go up a little…
