Legends of Tomorrow Season 4 Episode 7: Promo, Summary, and Creepy Dolls
When it came to last nights episode of Legends of Tomorrow we got to see a bit more of the little details of running a time ship that is technically employed by a government agency. In this case, it means having your boss all up in your business and you having to justify your own budget. It worked out for everyone in the end and next week it looks like Legends is going to embrace the aesthetic of Constantine a bit. In this case, the promo and summary indicate that we're getting some killer dolls because that's not terrifying at all.
RIPPLE EFFECT — With Rory (Dominic Purcell) and Ava (Jes Macallan) at odds, Sara (Caity Lotz) tries to come up with a way for them to get along, but all is put on hold when a new magical creature attacks the Legends. Constantine (Matt Ryan) is forced to confront his tragic past but it could have devastating consequences for the rest of the team. Meanwhile, Mona (Ramona Young) has a crush on someone she works with and gets some advice from Nate (Nick Zano). Brandon Routh, Tala Ashe, Maisie Richardson- Sellers also star. April Mullen directed the episode written by Grainne Godfree & Morgan Faust wrote the episode (#407). Original airdate 12/3/2018.
At the moment we know very little about what is chasing Constantine through the ages but it sounds like we might have at least a partial answer soon. He hasn't been upfront about it with the Legends though and they tend not to react well to someone withholding the truth. We'll have to see if that is the kind of fallout they mean in the summary.
Summary: Time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter has to recruit a rag-tag team of heroes and villains to help prevent an apocalypse that could impact not only Earth, but all of time.
