Saturday Night Live Returns, Welcomes Jacob Elordi, Reneé Rapp (VIDEO)
Saturday Night Live rolled out the "red carpet" welcome video for this weekend's SNL host Jacob Elordi and musical guest Reneé Rapp.
After getting a chance to check out SNL icons Tina Fey and Amy Poehler returns for a special Emmys edition of "Weekend Update" on Monday night, today kicks off the push for this weekend's return of NBC's Saturday Night Live. With it being Tuesday, that means it's time to roll out the video red carpet for host Jacob Elordi (Euphoria, Priscilla) and musical guest Reneé Rapp. A return-from-break episode with a host that I actually have no vibe on going into the weekend could make for a fun surprise – but Rapp has already proven themselves to be a strong musical presence (and a one-person promo machine) to things should be good on that front.
Back in November 2023, SNL fans got a chance to check out the official Season 49 cast image that was taken by Photographer Mary Ellen Matthews – here's a look:
And here's a behind-the-scenes featurette spotlighting how it all came together:
