Second Printing Of Bob's Burgers #1 Under Printed By 55%

Yesterday Rich shared with us the advance reorder numbers from Diamond and the second printing of Bob's Burgers #1 was in the fifth slot. The orders on the second printing are over 4,000 copies.

So what is the problem? Well, last week when I first mentioned the sellout of the first issue and announced the second printing, I was told by Dynamite that they had to set their printing run for the second printing already to have it be in stores along with the second issue… and they set that number based on feedback from retailers at 1800 issues.

So the book is being allocated and over half of the orders will not be filled. Dynamite is already contemplating a third printing.
