Stormwatch #19… WTF? Batwing #19?

Ryan Higgins of Comics Conspiracy in California tweets;

Both Stormwatch #19 and Batwing #19 are on sale tomorrow, the first of DC's WTF gatefold cover reveals. They are meant to reveal a big surprise, but few could be bigger than finding a different comic on the inside.

I'll checked round with a few other stores who don't report anything similar. Not yet anyway. So, is this a heinous misprint… or a rare collectible?
