The Fate Of Reuben Blades And Danay Garcia Joins Fear The Walking Dead

GarciaWill Romine is reporting from the Fear The Walking Dead panel at SDCC. We've already posted the trailer earlier. But here is the news from the panel.

Danay Garcia plays Luciana, a woman who lives in "La Colonia", a village outside of Tijuana where the locals believe that the walkers are the next evolution.  Nick encounters this village and identifies with the beliefs as they parallel what he learned from Celia.  She is a soldier type who clashes with nick and eyes him suspiciously as a foreigner

Reuben Blades is not on the panel and all panelists talk about him in the past tense.  His death in the series was ambiguous, but this cinches it.
