New 'War For The Planet Of The Apes' TV Highlights The Brutal Battles

There is another new TV spot for War for the Planet of the Apes and this one has quite a bit of new footage. We get to see quite a bit of the war between the apes and the humans and how there are going to be severe losses on both sides. There is something viserally awesome about seeing an ape throw a grenade though.

Summary: After the apes suffer unimaginable losses, Caesar wrestles with his darker instincts and begins his own mythic quest to avenge his kind.

War for the Planet of the Apes is directed by Matt Reeves and stars Andy Serkis, Woody Harrelson, Steve Zahn, Amiah Miller, Karin Konoval, Judy Greer, and Terry Notary. It will be released on July 14th.
