Dwayne Johnson Shares a First Look at Idris Elba in Hobbs and Shaw

The production on Hobbs and Shaw, the first spin-off movie from the Fast and Furious movies, kicked off last month. We still know very little about what this movie is actually going to be about. Johnson, who loves to share thing behind-the-scenes stuff on instagram, shared a picture of Elba for all to see.

Production for Hobbs and Shaw started production this September, it'll be directed by David Leitch, and it has a release date of July 26th, 2019. The movie is set to start Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Vanessa KIrby, and Idris Elba. The Fast and Furious series has made $5.1 billion in the worldwide box office and has been keeping the lights on at Universal Pictures since 2001.
