British Comics Folk React to Predicted Massive Conservative Majority in the General Election

The General Election is over. The exit poll is in. And, as the votes around Britain are being counted, everyone is now convinced that the Conservative Party led by Boris Johnson have their biggest majority since Margaret Thatcher. Which will mean we'll get Brexit in January, and a large enough majority for Boris to, basically, do what he wants for the next five years without any threat of a Conservative rebellion from the left or the right of the party, that so hampered previous Conservative administrations.  Jeremy Corbyn is expected to resign from leadership of the Labour Party and there may be a root and branch change in the party to bring it back to a more Blairist position. What are the odds on Jess Phillips? Anyway, this is how a few comic book people reacted as the exit polls hit…
