Darth Vader is nothing but a legacy inside Star Wars: The Force Awakens. We saw how Kylo Ren twisted his grandfather's legacy and showcased a melted Darth Vader helmet in his chambers. This helmet prop is 3D printed from a combination of the original 3D files from the original prop model shop, a digital scan and extensive research of the screen-used prop. The EFX engineers, model-makers and artists have painstakingly recreated this process to produce a faithful prop replica of this iconic helmet.
