In Titans: Beast World #4, by Tom Taylor and Lucas Meyer, out next Tuesday and probably previewed somewhere any second now, President Biden will condemn the Titans and introduce Amanda Waller to the world as the one who defeated and killed Beast Boy of the Titans. Going public for the first time with her presence and position. And with these new powers, she announces that those still infected by Beast World spores, a million of them, will be rounded up and exterminated as monsters. Rather than trying to cure them or anything.
Any interference in this plan by Titans or the like will just play up the threat against government that the Titans provide. And, when even Biden objects to the callousness and loss of life, she reckons his numbers will only go up.
