Loot Crate's Bravest Warriors To Fight Secret Wars For May's No. 1 Comic

This is the Loot Crate variant cover for Bravest Warriors: Tales From The Holo John #1, out in May, and coming in May's Loot Crate.

This usually adds around 400-500,000 orders onto any comic book's Diamond statistics for the month, if they sell the comic to Loot Crate through the distributor.

It will be Loot Crate's sixth such variant, and their first double-sized 48 page comic.

Bravest Warriors: Tales from the Holo John reads as five short stories, including ones by Paul Allor (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles); Mad Rupert (Adventure Time: Banana Guard) and John Omohundro, the voice of Danny on the Bravest Warriors animated series. This cover was drawn exclusively for Loot Crate by Tyson Hesse, who has worked on a number of Bravest Warriors covers in BOOM!'s ongoing series under the KaBOOM! imprint.

But with Secret Wars #1 also out this month from Marvel, and estimated to sell 500,000, it's all to play for which will get the top spot…. we'll find out who wins in around a month. If it is Secret Wars, then this will be the first Loot Crate comic not to top the Diamond charts.
