Brian Buccellato and Nelson Daniel Adapt Pokémon: Detective Picachu as a Comic

Brian Buccellato is best known as a comic book writer and colourst, on titles such as The Flash, The Exterminators, Injustice Gods Amongst Us and Witchblade.

But this summer he has quite an unexpected comic out with artist and fellow colourist Nelson Daniel, known for work on Judge Dredd, Rom and Wild Blue Yonder, creating a comic book version of the upcoming Pokémon: Detective Pikachu movie, based on the cartoon based on the card game.

And it's for Legendary Comics, part of the movie production company Legendary Studios.

Here's a cover, it's out in July. the movie's out in May…
