ComicsPRO Announces Industry Appreciation Nominees
Every year, members of the retailers advocate association ComicsPRO look to recognise a current member of the comics industry for exceptional praise, as well as reward the memory of member who has passed away.
This year's nominees are;
Scott Dunbier, Senior Editor Special Operations for IDW, and inventor of the Artists Edition format.
Cindy Fournier, VP Operations for Diamond Comic Distributors.
David Gabriel, Senior VP of Sales for Marvel Comics.
Bill Schanes, Vice President of Purchasing for Diamond Comic Distributors.
Eric Stephenson, Publisher of Image Comics.
The memorial award nominees are Shel Dorf, Will Eisner, Joe Kubert and Julie Schwartz.
The winners will be announced at the next ComicsPRO meeting in Atlanta on Friday, February 22nd.
