Batman Annual #1 was solicited as being written by Tom King, Scott Snyder, Paul Dini, Steve Orlando and Scott Wilson – but added Ray Fawkes

And was solicited with art by David Finch, Riley Rossmo, Neal Adams and others.

Well, those others are Declan Shalvey and Bilquis Evely…

Justice League Of America #10 was solicited as written and drawn by Bryan Hitch, but was actually written by Hitch and Tony Bedard and drawn by Tom Derenick… so why is it so late? That query is yet to be answered.
