Nick Spencer is unique. He is a Marvel exclusive creator with an exception for a DC title, Thunder Agents. Well DC aren't going to let that slip. Thunder Agents will return with a second series, written by Nick Spencer, in November, as Bleeding Cool put out there.

According to Dan DiDio at the New 52 panel. Yes, I thought this deserved a post all of its own.
