Is This How Black Panther Dies? Again?! Next Week's Black Panther vs. Deadpool #4

Black Panther has been taking on Deadpool in a five-issue miniseries, aptly titled Black Panther vs. Deadpool, which sees its penultimate issue released next week. The cover for the issue appears to show Deadpool sitting on the throne of Wakanda, apparently having become the new Black Panther.

And we all know how you replace the old king.

So will Black Panther die in next week's issue? Well, here's what happens in the preview…

You might be thinking, "there's no way the Black freaking Panther is going to die by smacking his head against a rock. He's the god damn Black Panther." But alas, Black Panther has died that exact same way before, falling down a flight of stairs courtesy of "The Great One" Brian Bendis in Age of Ultron…

Thankfully, that death was undone by Wolverine going back in time and killing Wolverine after it didn't work to go back in time and kill Hank Pym. How will Marvel write its way out of this one without "The Great One" around anymore?
