Exclusive First Chapter Of Mage, Inc. – The Intern
Space Goat Publishing has two new collections coming out this January and we have the first chapter of each to run exclusively here on BC. We did Big Game Hunters: Tale of the Lizard Baron yesterday, so today it's Mage, Inc. – The Intern by Shon C. Bury and Ian Waryanto.
It's the story of Keira Zeleznovova's first day as an unpaid intern at Mage, Inc. The only thing she wants is to be an apprentice and practice the few feeble spells she kinda knows—but her curmudgeonly mentor always has more paperwork for her to file. Things really heat up on a routine dues collection when a homunculus is summoned—and a mage dies!
The individual issues are available digitally on Comixology now, but the collection will be the first time the series has seen print and is in the November Previews now.
