It's 11 AM. Where Is My Digital Justice League?

I have my Justice League Combo Pack #3. Bought at Orbital Comics in London. I have opened the bagged comic and tried to download my digital copy to my iPad. And it's not happening. It takes the code, sure, but tells me "No purchases" when I check my Apps, DC and ComiXology. Which is a little less unsettling than Marvel's "You own nothing" but still.

Marvel reps tell me that as of Avenging Spider-Man #2, they will fix it so the system will take account of the UK market and store opening times here. But DC, three issues in, we're still having to wait till America wakes up to redeem the digital code that we just paid pounds sterling for…
