Jim Zub Starts a Sequel to The Vision in Champions #22 [Spoilers]
The Vision by Tom King, Gabriel Walta, Michael Walsh. and Jodie Bellaire is considered one of the true highlights of Marvel Comics in the last couple of decades. Winning every award, gaining every plaudit, it saw Tom King headhunted by DC Comics to head up their Batman relaunch two years ago.
Well, today Jim Zubkavich, Kevin Libranda, and Marcio Menyz appear to be using The Champions series, which stars the Vision's daughter Viv Vision, to tell a sequel. Visiting The Vision's family home, as seen in that series, including his dog Sparky. And getting a general health check…
…which doesn't go as well, as he may be letting on to his daughter.
The death of The Vision? After his experiences in his own series? With Paul Bettany still playing him on screen? Can this be allowed to happen?
And if so, will he remember he has a certain someone buried in the basement?
Might this be addressed in upcoming issues of The Champions if this is the direction in which they are heading?
