Marguerite Bennett Sets Aside Some Time For Fans In L.A.

We all do it…we go to comic conventions and stand in really long lines to meet our favorite creators. But what if your favorite comic book writer was coming to your local comic book store? Well, I have some good news for those of you living in L.A…. Marguerite Bennett will be heading to Meltdown Comics and according to her Twitter, she wants to spend some time with you! The signing is for her book Secret Loves of Geek Girls which was a Kickstarter success. Irene Koh, Soha Kareem, Adrienne Kress and editor/publisher Hope Nicholson will also be there to chat about the project. If you're not into that, chances are there's probably another book that you like of Marguerite. The writer's current projects include: DC Bombshells, Angela: Queen Of Hel, Insexts and Red Sonja.

I think it's really nice to see a writer dedicating time to her fans. Sweet deal, Marguerite!
