Marvel Launches ESPN College Football Variant Covers And I Am Lost

We thought they were "Inversion" variant covers.

We were very very wrong.

This January, ESPN will host the first ever College Football Playoff – and your favorite Marvel Super Heroes are getting in on the excitement! Only one team can be crowned champion, but which teams will make the playoff? Ultimately, a twelve-person selection committee will decide. But until then, there will be lots of campaigning from the schools and teams still in the hunt. And some of your favorite Marvel characters and titles are creating campaign posters of their own! Today, Marvel is pleased to present your first look at the exciting College Football Playoff on ESPN "IN" Variant Covers that will grace the front of 8 special Marvel titles in January!
