Last month, Bleeding Cool reported that Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III or MMPR/TMNT III, was coming, to be written by Ryan Parrot and published in August 2025, with covers by Zonno, Dan Mora, Tula Lotay, James Stokoe, Declan Shalvey, Pauline Ganucheau, Mateus Santolouco, Kevin Eastman & Freddie Williams II, with Jodi Nishijima planned for a second printing.

Well, we got it wrong. Indeed, it is planned for September. The 24th of September 2025, to be precise. It will also be getting polybagged covers, which seems to be the in-thing again right now. What will be revealed under those covers? No idea. Maybe Skybound has some ideas… and here's what came before it.
