New Deathlok Series And Hulk Vs Iron Man From Marvel's Original Sin

Thanks to a mixture of promo cards and Marvel press phonecalls, we have learned things about the upcoming Original Spin spinoff, Original Sins.

Beginning in the Original Sins anthology series, and nicely timed with the character's appearance in Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., we'll be getting a new Deathlok series spinning out of the Original Sin event, along with four other titles.

As well as giving us a central Young Avengers story by Adventure Time's Ryan North and Ramon Villalobos, we will have a Lockjaw story by Stuart Moore and Rick Geary,  J. Jonah Jameson by Dan Slott and Mark Bagley, Inhumans by Charles Soule, Doctor Doom by James Robinson and a Howard The Duck story too.

We can also look forward to the Original Sin #3.1 and #3.2 point titles (and possibly #3.3 and #3.4 as well) as being a Hulk Vs Iron Man story by Mark Waid, Mark Bagley, Kieron Gillen and Luke Ross.

And as Marvel promises an eighth female lead title, Brevoort is quoted as saying "The move towards diversity wasn't like a marketing gimmick. We didn't do it the once and we were done with it. It's not a changing philosophy, it's an acknowledgement of the world we live in. This is the world of the 21st century. There are people we should be representing more in our publishing line and we're going to do that more as we move ahead. That's just living in the world of 2014."

And soon, hopefully, employing in the world of 2014 as well.

Thanks to Orbital Comics of London, for the checklist.
