Two Flash Villains Getting Their Own Comics?

At the DC Meet The Publisher panel at WonderCon, when talking about the upcoming DC Year Of The Villain event, publisher Dan DiDio stated that there are two Flash villains that are getting their own books at DC.

Not Captain Cold though.

The likelihood is that this will be part of the DC Year Of The Villain. Whether or not these will be one-shots was not elaborated on. But Bleeding Cool's Marcos Salinas reported on it, and I managed to miss it the first time round in his notes.

So… could it be The Turtle given his recent role mastering The Still Force? The Trickester who had one hell of a one-off issue recently, reinventing him as a major villain force in the world of Flash – and the DC Universe as a whole? Or could it be Mirror Master so that Grant Morrison can be brought back?

Just not Captain Cold. They were adamant about that…
