Unity #1 Sells Out 70,000 Print Run

Valiant tells Bleeding Cool that Diamond Comic Distributors has sold out its 70,000 print run for Unity #1 less that two days after going on sale.

But, to be fair, it wouldn't have been that hard as we previously informed you, it had initial Final Order Cut-Off orders of 68,500.

And the book was made returnable if retailers ordered enough. And the returns haven;t been tallied yet.

Still, it remains the biggest debut of the year from a non-Premiere publisher.

And now it's time to look at issue 2. Going to Final Order Cut Off on Monday, with Valiant offering complete returnability if retailers order more than half of their orders for Unity #1. Expect some mad promo next week as a result.

Here's a look at issue 2 in case retailers need some help making up their mind.
