Forever People, created by Jack Kirby, have kept the same lineup throughout their various relaunches and re-appearances, over the last forty years. They are,

Vykin, a black male with magnetic powers
Dreamer, a female with illusion powers
Bear, a large, brown-haired, caucasian male with super strength
Moonrider, a black-haired, caucasian, male with blast powers
Serafin, a short, blonde, caucasian cowboy with Kirby-pistols.

It looks like Serafin has been turned into a black female character in the upcoming revamp. Genderbending and racebending in one fell swoop!
