Who is Shatterstorm?! Rob Liefeld Teases New Character for Deadpool: Badder Blood
In 2017, superstar artist Sir Robert Liefeld teamed up with Chad Bowers and Chris Sims to create the original graphic novel Deadpool: Bad Blood. The return of Liefeld to Deadpool, arguably his greatest creation, along with other favorites, was a huge success and a sequel has been in the works, aptly titled Deadpool: Badder Blood.
Though little is known about the mystery and wonder that awaits eager readers in Deadpool: Badder Blood, Liefeld has revealed one clue on Instagram. The book, it seems, will feature a new character called Shatterstorm.
Who is this mysterious and bad ass Shatterstorm? A mutant combination of Shatterstar and Storm? That's our guess, but Liefeld is staying mostly tight-lipped, though he did respond in the comments to someone misgendering the exciting new character:
Deadpool: Badder Blood is due out in June, to coincide with the release of Deadpool 2. We'll have to wait until then to find out more.
