Speculator Corner: X-Force #2

A few weeks ago, X-Force #2 was a $2 book. The second appearance of Deadpool, the issue stopping it joining the Deadpool's first appearance in New Mutants #98 as a high cost collectible item was the fact that it had a print run of over a million.

Basically, there are loads of them out there. Which is why it remained a $1 book.

Then the Deadpool movie was confirmed and people went a little mad.

So while the first appearance of the character in New Mutants #98 has jumped to $600 9.8 CGC, X-Force #2 has jumped to $80 9.8 CGC, $26 raw or $45 raw news stand copy. That's a massive jump.

But that hasn't stopped loads of copies still being out there. Check the dollar bins at your local store, they may have a few hundred copies there, if they weren't thrown out.

Then decide if you flip now, or wait till the movie actually comes out…
