Valiant's 1% Gets Trademarked

Last year, Valiant published The 1%, a one-shot featuring the bad guys who control far too much in Archer & Armstrong. 

Looks like it may have been a precursor to… something.

As Valiant have just decided to register the trademark for "The 1%" for use in comic books.

More evidence for those that need it that thee guys may be in the film? Maybe a spin-off series?
