Colin Furze Shows Off His Latest Invention: The Game Console Microwave

colinfurze

It isn't exactly a Nintoaster, but it's the next-best thing. Colin Furze shows off insane inventions all the time, like a hoverbike which is a site to be seen. But his latest invention is really awesome…to a point. Watch Colin show off the Game Console Microwave, which will allow you to play video games on the front panel while you cool something.

The Play-O-Wave is a screen on the front of a microwave door, which is thicker than your average microwave — he's essentially added a second panel to the door so you can play. While this looks cool on the surface, it doesn't address the fact that microwaves and electronics don't really go together, and that the holes on the front of the microwave door serve a purpose in eliminating all the "bad" waves from your food as you essentially nuke it. It is a prototype, however, so chances are he could get it working to be both safe and efficient down the road. For now, enjoy the clip.
