The SML Podcast – Talking With Four Members Of Rock Band's Harmonix!
By Joe Cammisa
[audio: http://joecam.net/SML/SML-e139.mp3]Monday night is here and it's time for The SML Podcast – Episode 139: Sawrmonix here on Bleeding Cool!
Last week may not have had an interview, but this week is jam packed as we have FOUR members of Harmonix joining the show!
This week Kris is on a date and Pappy's got BootySplash, so instead Joe calls up Sean "Splync" Lynch, his long time Rock Band buddy to join him as SML welcomes Alli Thresher, Josh Harrison, Criss Bürki, and Cian Rice of Harmonix to the show to talk about Rock Band, Disney's Fantasia, and what year Saw 4 came out because it totally works into the conversation somehow.
After a solid hour of laughs, stories, and the other HMX folks giving Cian word limits on his answers due to how long winded he can get, we bid our farewells and then move onto listener emails (including somebody scoring themselves a free copy of Pneuma!) and discuss the games we are currently playing, obviously including Fallout 4!
Check out the mp3 of the show HERE or check out the YouTube version!
If that doesn't work for you, you can check us out on iTunes and subscribe to us and get the final episodes a few days early and check out our past two years of shows!
Music this week is a handful of tracks from Assassin's Creed Syndicate because Joe is dumb and forgot to ask for suggestions from the HMX crew.
Austin Wintory – The Bustle (Assassin's Creed Syndicate)
Austin Wintory – Mazurka (Assassin's Creed Syndicate)
Austin Wintory – Bloodlines (Assassin's Creed Syndicate)
Austin Wintory – Epilogue (Assassin's Creed Syndicate)
Jon Wild & Jon Roney – Jokes Jokes Jokes (Assassin's Creed Syndicate)
Thanks for checking us out and we'll see you next week!
