We Get Into Nintendo Puppetry With ThinkGeek at PAX East 2019

During our time at PAX East this year, we decided to pay a visit to the ThinkGeek booth to see what new awesome items they had on the digital shelves. The company had some amazing collectibles that were basically going like hotcakes, including some highly detailed Fallout figures such as the Working Girl and a full armored worker. The company also had a Pac-Man lamp with sounds that gave you the "wokka wokka" effect and a remote control to adjust the dimness and brightness. But the items that caught our eye were these special Nintendo puppets.

There were two, one they were sold out on which was a Piranha Plant, and the second we got to quickly review was this Donkey Kong puppet. I liked the plush material used for this as it feels like a regular stuffed animal you might get for your kids, but with the added bonus that you can make them a puppet. The tie is a nice addition with the DK monogram as well. I totally think this is an awesome kids toy and something for stupid fun with adult friends who are gamers. We're going to try and get our hands on more of the items they showed off for review during the con, but in our opinion, ThinkGeek knocked it out of the park this time around with awesome items people could get into with little hassle.
