We have a new behind-the-scenes look at the stunts on Arrow. But this time we get to hear from stunt coordinator James "Bam Bam" Bamford and actress Katrina Law as they breakdown the fight between Al Sah-Him / Oliver Queen and Nyssa al Ghul.

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8 PM on the CW.
