Ducktales (Woo-Hoo!) Returns In Summer 2017 With 23 Episode Season

One of the things that's become apparent to me since moving here to Bleeding Cool is a startling lack of coverage for the upcoming Ducktales (woo-hoo!) revival on Disney XD. Sure, our resources are spread thin covering everything Frank Cho does and says on Facebook, but starting now, Bleeding Cool is going to remedy this problem and increase its Ducktales (woo-hoo!) coverage to a level more befitting a site of our stature. Perhaps we will take a few dollars out of the Netflix Fuller House budget to focus on Ducktales. Perhaps we'll put a limit on the number of drinks Rich Johnston can buy Kieron Gillen at the local pub. In any case, you'll be seeing more Ducktales (woo-hoo!) coverage around here in the future.

Originally announced back in February, Ducktales (woo-hoo!) will run for 21 half-hour episodes and two hour-long specials next Summer, and will feature the return of classic characters Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Launchpad McQuack, Mrs. Beakley, Duckworth, Flintheart Glomgold, The Beagle Boys, Gyro Gearloose, and, of course, Magica De Spell. Beakley's niece, Webbigail "Webby" Vanderquack, will be featured in a more regular role, which is good news because, let's face it, the core cast of Ducktales (woo-hoo!) was a bit of a duck sausage party.

Now, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, bask in the glory of this short teaser video for Ducktales (woo-hoo!) Season 1:

About Jude Terror

A prophecy once said that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero would come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
