The Gifted Season 1: Episode 5 Promo And Summary
The Gifted continues to be a fascinating little corner of the X-Men universe. This week we got some real action as Reed (Stephen Moyer) and Lorna (Emma Dumont) are out of prison (finally). At least they didn't waste the entire season on this plot point. Now that the fourth episode has ended it's time to look at a promo and summary for next weeks episode courtesy of Television Promos.
The Gifted 1×05 "BoXed In" Season 1 Episode 5 Promo – Motivated by a tragic event from his past, Jace throws all the power of the Sentinel Services into finding the Mutant Underground Way Station. Meanwhile, Blink's vivid dreams lead her to confront Dreamer (guest star Elena Satine) in the all-new "boXed in" episode of THE GIFTED airing Monday, October 30th on FOX.
The promo seems to show that we're going to get some all out war against the Mutant Underground and we're also going to see a bit about this incident that everyone keeps talking about. Right now we know that something like a Mutant version of 9/11 happened, perhaps a clash and the X-Men and the Brotherhood, and that Agent Jace's daughter was killed in the battle. Maybe the show is going to show us what happened on that day or, at least, some version of it.
