Shannara Chronicles Season 2: Allanon Tells King Ander About The Warlock Lord
In the first season of The Shannara Chronicles, Ander Elessedil (Aaron Jakubenko) lost his father, brother and niece all because of the Dagda Mor (Jed Brophy). Now he is the King of the Elves and trying to deal with the devastating all out from the battle. Many of his people are living like refugees in camps outside the city and the royal coffers have been depleted. The weight of ruling weighs heavy on his shoulders.
If that was not enough, a group called the Crimson lead by General Riga (Desmond Chiam) are hunting down and killing all magic users, turning elf against elf. And then Allanon (Manu Bennett) returns to tell King Ander about what happened at Skull Mountain with Bandon (Marcus Vanko) and his attempts to resurrect the Warlock Lord. Bandon was once an ally, but his mental abilities made him a perfect target for the Dagda Mor to corrupt. His turn to the dark side continues as he searches for a new master.
Word of the Warlock Lord returning to the Four Lands will only help the Crimson's cause. The Elves are in no position to deal with either threat on their own. Luckily Queen Tamin (Caroline Chikezie), the ruler of Leah (the only human kingdom) has reached out about an alliance. But what does she want in return?
The Shannara Chronicles airs Wednesdays on Spike.
