The rumors seem to be true: KB Toys will be returning for the holidays with pop-up stores in malls and such to try to rise from the ashes of the Toys R Us closures.

I don't know what else can really be said. By now, we all know Toys R Us is going out of business. The sales will come in waves, with the first one being 10% off of everything. It seems surreal to me, especially as I walked around a local store taking pictures.
Sadly, Toys R Us founder Charles Lazarus has passed away. The World War II veteran and entrepreneur was 94 years old. This comes only a week after the official announcement that the company he founded six decades ago was closing for good.
Well, the worst has come to fruition: Toys R Us will in fact be looking to shut down or sell all 800 US stores, and completely shut down in the UK. Not all is lost, however.
