Kaley Cuoco Shares Some Images from the DC Universe Animated Harley Quinn Series
We're getting a lot of interesting TV shows on the DC Universe streaming service this year. At one point no one was excited for these shows but then Titans and Doom Patrol turned out much better than anyone could have predicted. At one point we were all making fun of that Titans trailer last summer to the fall when we're throwing great reviews at it and demanding when season two is coming out. That kind of hype is only going to help the other DC Universe shows as the year goes on. One of those shows is an animated series focused on Harley Quinn. The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco is voicing the character and she took to Instagram to share some pictures her doing ADR work.
We're interested in this show now because so far the DC Universe shows have been pretty solid. Will that change if a show bombs between now and later this year when Harley Quinn is set to drop? Maybe, but put us on team "cautiously optimistic" for now.
Summary: The series will focus on a newly single Harley Quinn, who sets off to make it on her own in Gotham City.
Harley Quinn, written and executive produced by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey, stars Kaley Cuoco, Lake Bell, Alan Tudyk, Rahul Kohli, Jason Alexander, and Christopher Meloni. It will stream to the DC Universe in October 2019.
