"Stargirl": In "Leap of Faith", Courtney Surfs Her Cosmic Staff [TEASER]
The CW and DC Universe have teamed-up for a live-action Stargirl that has that CW Arrowverse "heart" while still maintaing a look and vibe that is distinctly unique. Over the past few weeks, the network and the streaming service have been doing a great job educating us on Courtney Whitmore's (Brec Bassinger) backtory and how it drew the cosmic staff to her.
Speaking of the cosmic staff… in following teaser "Leap of Faith", we listen as Courtney gives us an empowering line about taking chances and trusting your instincts – but to be honest?
We were way too busy being impressed with how she can surf the cosmic staff. It's pretty sweet…

She also discovers an artifact of immense power – a long-lost hero's cosmic staff – and ends up on a journey to becoming the unlikely inspiration for an entirely new generation of superheroes.
