"Stranger Things 3": Netflix Cares About the Quality of Your Mid-Binge Break [VIDEO]

By now, we know a number of you have already taken your journey to Hawkins, Indiana, circa July 4, 1985, and as we can tell from quite a few of the posts on social meda it appears Netflix's Stranger Things 3 lived up to the season's tagline promise: "One Summer Can Change Everything." But for those of you haven't taken the journey yet – or just started watching – the fine folks at Netflix have some suggestions on how to avoid a bad case of the mid-binge blues.

So let actress Cara Buono show you how to move your body and be a smarty – and get a Karen Wheeler body – with moves like "Stomp the Rat," "The Mind Flayer," and more, you can get your mind and body on the same page for those "final four" you know you can't wait until tomorrow to watch…

If you haven't taken a deep-dive into the new season yet, the streaming service released two featurettes to get you ready. First, the cast gets you up-to-speed with a recap of the series' first two seasons; and then Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, and more take you on a behind-the-scenes tour of the new season:
