Showrunner/EP Steve Blackman took to Instagram to make it official. Filming on the fourth & final season of The Umbrella Academy is underway.

We knew this day was coming based on the social media clues we received last month from David Castañeda, Ritu Arya & Justin Min. But now, we have a filming slate post from showrunner & executive producer Steve Blackman to make it official. Yup, filming is now underway on the fourth & final season of Netflix's series adaptation of Gerard Way & Gabriel Ba's The Umbrella Academy.

"But before we get to that conclusion, we've got an amazing story ahead for season four, one that will have fans on the edge of their seats until the final minutes."
