The Future Of Top Cow's Postal
Issue six of Postal hits comic shops this week and there is some big news for the series. Co-writer Matt Hawkins tells us that the series is a big seller for Top Cow and plans are now to keep it going. With issue eight, it wraps up Hawkins initial outline that he and co-writer Bryan Hill have been working from. Starting with issue 9, HIll (who was recently hired as a full-time editor for the publisher) will be writing the series on his own.
Hawkins says of Hill:
He's a beyond talented dude and I'm excited to see what he comes up with. It's pretty cool to see someone else run with one of my "babies" and do such a fantastic job with it.
As for the art, Isaac Goodhart who came on with the first issue has committed to doing a minimum total of 24. So you can expect this team to stay intact for the near future.
Here is a preview for Postal #6.
