Jason Zada To Direct David S. Goyer's The Forest
First time feature director Jason Zada has been tasked with directing David S. Goyer's supernatural thriller The Forest, according to Deadline.
Not much is known about the plot, but it takes place in Japan, set in the Aokigahara forest there, which already sounds super creepy and like something I will definitely not be watching. Goyer came up with the story and Sarah Cromwell has done a rewrite on the script.
Zada is best known for directing an interactive horror short called Take This Lollip, which you can try out for yourself. Pretty neat. Or if you're a scaredy cat like me, you can watch someone else's experience of it, below.
